Teton County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue confirmed that the remains discovered by the investigators in the Bridger Teton National Forest are that of Gabby Petito.
FBI through Twitter announced that Dr. Blue confirmed that remains are those of Gabby Petito and date of birth March 19, 1999. According to the FBI Denver division, the initial determination of her manner of death is homicide.
According to the FBI, the cause of death will be confirmed after the result of a final autopsy.
FBI Denver Special Agent in Charge Michael Schneider said, “The FBI’s commitment to justice is at the forefront of every investigation, The FBI and our partners remain dedicated in ensuring anyone responsible for or complicit in Ms. Petito’s death will be held accountable for their actions.”
“Mr. Brian Laundrie has been named a person of interest, Anyone with information concerning Mr. Laundrie’s role in this matter or his current whereabouts should contact the FBI,” said Michael Schneider through Twitter.
The 911 caller who reported a “domestic dispute” between Brian Laundrie and Gabby Petito in Moab, Utah, said, “the gentleman was slapping the girl.”
Brian Laundrie is on the run and Search Operations are being held in various Snake-infested Swamps for him.
Father of Petito, Joseph told the media, “Laundrie and his daughter had dated for 2 and a half years, and Laundrie was always respectful. There were no problems between them if there were, I would have discouraged going on the trip,” Petito said.
We tried to contact Brian, we contacted mom and dad, we called sister. No phone calls were picked and no text messages were replied said, Joseph Petito.
Joseph said both Brian and his family should be held accountable if they played and part in Gabby’s disappearance.
FBI on Sunday found some remains when they were searching for Gabby. Charles Jones investigator of FBI said the remains were consistent with the description of Petito and were today confirmed by the cooner too.
